Dr. Wei Huang - Parise received her DDS in 1999 from Columbia University, College of Dental Medicine with a Navy scholarship. Upon her graduation, she completed one year of residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the Naval Dental Center Far East in Yokosuka, Japan.
Dr. Huang - Parise continued her active duty as a naval officer in Japan and Seattle for 5 more years, providing comprehensive dental care to American sailors, marines, soldiers, airmen and their families. She was a three-time recipient for the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal for her outstanding services. During her last 7 years of active reserve with the U.S. Navy, Dr. Wei Huang - Parise was promoted to the rank of Commander. Currently, she continues to be affiliated with the Navy reserve.
Dr. Huang - Parise is committed to life-long learning and improving her knowledge and skills. She stays up to date on the most current dental procedures in order to offer her patients the highest quality of care. She has taken numerous continuing education courses, which has earned her prestigious recognition as the Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD).
She is a proud member of the Academy of General Dentistry and the New York State Dental Association.
In her free time, Dr. Huang - Parise enjoys running, biking, and traveling with her husband Luca, and spending time with friends and family.
Dr. Nicole Ptak - Yenchman's goal is to treat every patient as if they are family.
While attending the University of Pennsylvania, she was captain and played #1 singles for their nationally ranked tennis team. Upon graduation in 2004, she remained with the team as an assistant coach. Thereafter, she attended dental school at Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine, where she graduated in 2009 and was honored to receive the "Most Ethical" award by the school's faculty.
Following dental school, Dr. Ptak - Yenchman completed a General Practice Residency at North Shore University Hospital and was selected as Chief Resident. She followed up her residency with a two year Fellowship in Implant Dentistry and Advanced Prosthodontics. The fellowship focused on the surgical placement of dental implants and restoring complex and esthetic cases.
With today's technological advances, dental care is constantly evolving and advancing. Dr. Ptak-Yenchman stays on top of the latest technology by participating in extensive hours of continuing education and hands on training every year. She has even given lectures of her own at study groups.
Dr. Ptak - Yenchman is a proud member of the American Dental Assocation, New York State Dental Association, and Nassau County Dental Society. She is also a proud member and fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.

Dr. Ptak - Yenchman enjoys giving back to those in need. She has had the honor of traveling to both Madagascar and Haiti, providing dentistry to people without access to care.
In her free time, Dr. Ptak - Yenchman enjoys playing tennis, being active, and spending time with her husband Rob, daughters Zoey and Abigail, friends, and family.
